Schedule a Call

On Boarding
Once you’re signed up, we’ll set you up for success right away. You’ll be introduced to your Account Manager:
Important Steps:
- Property Management Software Access (Buildium)
- Share Files (Statements, etc)
You’ll provide us access to your Buildium property management software. After that, you’ll meet with your account manager and bookkeeper for an orientation to discuss the next steps. It takes us usually 24 hours to kick start work.
Initial Financial Health Check
Our audit team will conduct an in-depth review of your Buildium software to assess the current state of your books. Following the audit, you’ll receive a report and a call to review the findings. If necessary, your account manager (bookkeeper) can handle any cleanup identified during this audit.
Ongoing Work With Your Buildium Bookkeeping
You and your Account Manager / Buildium bookkeeper will collaborate to ensure smooth communication and understanding. How It Works? You may schedule regular weekly calls to make sure your procedures are followed exactly as you want.
